The Barbara Harmon Johnson Foundation is a nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of Louisiana. We are currently in the process of applying for recognition of tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Contributions made at this time may not be tax-deductible until our application is approved by the IRS. Once tax-exempt status is granted, it will be retroactive to the date of incorporation.

We are committed to full transparency and compliance and will update our donors and partners once our 501(c)(3) status is officially confirmed.
